Indian Pastes: are convienent blends of ground spices preserved in oil for freshness. Rani Korma Paste is ideal for all meat and fish dishes, as well as an array of vegetarian dishes.
Directions:
Fry 2 finely chopped onions until golden brown. Add 250g cubed chicken or vegetables and lightly brown. Add 1 tblsp Rani Korma Paste and stir through. Add yogurt stirring briskly to avoid curdling and simmer until chicken is browned.
