RECIPE: Fennel Candy with Roasted Coconut
1 bottle Rani Fennel Candy
¼ cup shredded coconut
3 tbsp. Rani Fennel Seeds
In a pan, roast coconut until slightly brown. Let cool. Toss with fennel candy and fennel seeds. Serve as an after dinner treat. Fennel is commonly chewed in India after dinner to aid in digestion and as a natural mouth freshener.
