Being brought up around vegetarian food which utilizes the staple ingredients of salsa, such as tomatoes, cilantro, chilies, spices and vinegar. I really enjoyed the tangy, spicy and tomato taste of salsa except for the fact that I could not find a salsa without onion and garlic. They say that necessity is the mother of all invention. After many years of experimentation, trial, and error. I finally perfected my recipe to bring you the extraordinarily tastiing salsa that won't leave you breathing like a dragon after you eat it.

RECIPE: NONG Pizza
On a toasted piece of bread, spread a layer combination of cheddar and jack cheeses. Add a top layer of finely chopped bell peppers. Heat 450°, preheated oven for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted. Add 2 tablespoons of Chander's Salsa over the bell peppers. Serve hot.
