RECIPE: Mango Chicken Curry

1 lb. diced chicken*
1 jar of Mango Curry Simmer Sauce
1. Heat a little vegetable oil in a deep frying pan.
2. Add 1 lb. diced chicken breast* and sauté until meat is browned (about 5 minutes).
3. Pour the jar of sauce over chicken and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve over rice with Patak's Chutneys and Relishes.
*Alternatively, use shrimp, mixed vegetable or another meat of your choice. Adjust simmer time accordingly.
