Chutney, although traditionally served as an Indian meal accompaniment, can also simply be added to curries while cooking. Chutney is extremely versatile with its uses outside of Indian foods, being only limited by your imagination. Try some with salads, cold meats or cheese.

RECIPE: Chutney Glazed Chicken

1 cup of Patak's Major Grey Chutney
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 ½ pounds Chicken breast

1. In a small bowl, combine chutney and mustard.
2. Baste chicken pieces with sauce. Bake broil or grill until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
