RECIPE: Chicken Curry

3 tbsp Patak’s Tikka Masala Curry Paste
8 oz diced chicken breast
1 medium onion, diced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
⅔ cup of water
½ cup fresh or canned tomatoes
Hot, cooked rice
1. Sauté onion in oil.
2. Add chicken; cook until lightly browned.
3. Stir in Patak's Garam Masala Paste, cook for 1 minute.
4. Add tomatoes and water.
5. Cover and simmer until the chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 25 minutes. Serve over hot, cooked rice.
